Sean Patrick Flaherty, CEO Architectural Services
Sean is local to Northern Michigan. He received his Bachelors Degree in Architecture in 1998 from Lawrence Technological University and a Masters in Architecture in 2004 from Norwich University. Both universities are accredited by The National Architectural Accrediting Board (NAAB). Prior to joining Authentic homes & design, Sean’s experiences included consulting as a Land Planner/Project Manager for a number of local developments in both Grand Traverse & Leelanau County. He has worked as a Designer/Project Manager for Gensler, a leader in the world of architecture, design & planning worldwide, William Maclay Architects and Planners, a revered residential architectural firm located in Central Vermont recognized nationally as a leader in sustainable design and Lemay + Youkel, a firm specializing in resort & estate residential architecture. Lemay + Youkel has set the standard for Intrawest’s North American resorts for over a decade.
Steven Tucker, COO construction Services
Steve is local to Northern Michigan. He started Authentic Homes, Inc. in 2001. His motivation was to build a firm that would approach residential & commercial construction from both a high standard of quality construction and raise the level of service after the sale. Steve is an experienced licensed contractor able to manage multiple projects while maintaining exceptional craftsmanship. Prior to Authentic homes & design, Steve was a project manager for one of Traverse City’s most reputable and successful contractors, Vintage Homes. He has been in the construction industry for over 20 years and has built homes & commercial buildings in many of the most distinguished developments in both Grand Traverse & Leelanau Counties.
